1. Acceptance and who we are

These Terms of Service govern your use of bricksurplus.com and any purchase you make from CL Cubed Inc., operating as Brick Surplus ("Brick Surplus", "we", "us"), an Alberta corporation based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your province or territory to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

2. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, including GST, and shipping charges are added at checkout.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description contains an error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Discount codes are single-use and cannot be combined unless we say so. We may withdraw a code at any time.

3. Shipping and delivery

We ship from Calgary, Alberta. Orders are normally dispatched within [3] business days of payment. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the carrier and destination. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave us, so please check that your shipping address is correct. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees on international orders.

If a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at info@bricksurplus.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

4. Returns and refunds

You may return an unused, unopened item in its original packaging within [30] days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Contact us at info@bricksurplus.com first so we can give you return instructions. Unless the return is due to our error, you pay the return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, tell us within [14] days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you, including shipping, at your choice. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return.

Custom or made-to-order items, and items bought through consignment retailers or marketplaces such as Etsy and eBay, are subject to the seller's policy on that channel.

5. Products, LEGO compatibility and safety

Brick Surplus makes military-themed accessories, weapons packs, armor sets and home products designed to be compatible with LEGO-style building bricks. Brick Surplus is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the LEGO Group. LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group, and we use the name only to describe compatibility. Our products are replicas and toys for display and play. They are not real weapons or functional military equipment.

Small parts are a choking hazard and are not suitable for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended for young children. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colours may vary slightly on your screen, and handmade or 3D-printed items can differ a little from the images.

6. Intellectual property and acceptable use

All content on bricksurplus.com, including text, photos, product designs, logos and the Brick Surplus name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Canadian and international law. You may view the site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or build on our designs or content without our written permission.

You agree not to use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it by automated means, submit false or fraudulent orders, or infringe anyone else's rights. We may suspend or block access for anyone who does.

7. Disclaimers, liability, governing law, changes and contact

Disclaimer. The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law, and we do not promise the site will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, Brick Surplus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be decided by the courts of Alberta, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version, and orders are governed by the terms in effect when you place them.
